‍To create a seamless passenger journey in which biometrics replace physical travel documents throughout the airport process.

Approach

‍Arlande supported the development of the operational concept, defined system requirements and executed test management. Through joint design sessions, stakeholder needs and regulatory obligations were translated into a robust operational concept and clear acceptance criteria.

We facilitated stakeholder alignment and guided proof of concepts and live passenger testing, including detailed pilot descriptions and temporary work instructions.

Result

‍One of the first centrally integrated biometric platforms in the world, enabling passengers to move through multiple journey steps using biometric verification.
