‍Approach

‍Arlande supported the phased replacement of Standard 2 screening machines with 24 advanced XCT systems within the existing baggage infrastructure. Together with the internal team, we defined the replacement design, performed impact and risk analyses and guided change, configuration and issue management in a 24/7 operational environment.

We were responsible for test management, validation and operational acceptance, continuously safeguarding safety, capacity and system integration.
