Approach

‍Arlande supported Schiphol from the outset in establishing and managing the pilot of autonomous wheelchairs within a complex stakeholder landscape including airlines, assistance providers, regulators and operational teams.

We ensured stakeholder alignment, operational integration and sustained momentum. With a robust implementation plan and broad support, ten autonomous wheelchairs were successfully deployed and tested within the live airport environment.
